I was flipping through a new book at the bookstore the other night titled, How To Squeeze A Lemon by the editors of Fine Cooking Magazine. I love their monthly magazine and I really love the book. The book is chock full of tips and techniques that help a home chef prepare daily meals. This bacon tip really jumped out at me because I frequently cook bacon and always seemed to have bacon that curls up in little rolls. Bacon that is straight always makes a better presentation. The tip is as follows:
Place bacon in a large sauté pan, being careful not to crowd the pan. Place a pot that’s slightly narrower than the bottom of the sauté pan on top of the bacon to weigh it down and keep it flat. Cook the weighted bacon over medium heat so the fat renders slowly and completely. After the bacon is browned on one side, 2 to 3 minutes, carefully lift the pot (it’ll drip), flip the bacon, and replace the pot. Cook the bacon on the other side until it’s completely browned and crisp, 2 to 3 more minutes.
That is one great tip. For all of you that cook bacon as frequently as I do, you will certainly have a better looking bacon for your meal presentation. Enjoy and good luck!

The tale acquired lots of swell and it is such a fuss. It appears in United states lifestyle making a One per cent tip is worse than not paying for the meal whatsoever. Don't you feel that people People in the usa are way too accustomed to the method of tipping? I was in Australia 2009 and aussies don't tip normally
since they believe that the local workers already get the pay out that they deserve. I do think the very idea of tipping is really ridiculous and that's exactly how for the businesses to bring down earnings and not pay the workers just as much wishing that the gap will be covered by the consumer. So it's the actual customer that must cover every thing. Don't you think that is a little bit idiotic? I believing that tipping is acceptable if you obtain the service quality you didn't anticipate. It is actually completely improper to tip if the services are just regular. I'm researching this particular topic for my school assignment task and will be publishing a report for college or university. I thought to use a service on-line.
