Goat Cheese with Nibs

An outstanding cheese and chocolate recipe sure to put a smile on the face of all your guests. Get radical and open a bottle of your finest champagne and live life to the fullest!

 

8 ounce Fresh Chevre (goat cheese)

 

8 teaspoons Sharffen Berger Cacao Nibs

 

2-3 teaspoons Savannah Bee Company Tupelo Honey

 

Sharffen Berger Sweetened Cocoa Powder

 

 

1. With a rolling pin, crush cocoa nibs.

 

2. Mix nibs in with the goat cheese and honey.

 

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

 

4. Before serving, lightly dust with cocoa powder.

 

Serve with bread or crackers.

 

Makes 8 servings.
