Key Limes are a citrus fruit, originally from Asia. They are small and round with a unique bitter tartness that gives them a special taste. This key lime pie recipe will bring the “Islands” right to your kitchen table!

9-inch graham cracker piecrust

2 14-ounce cans sweetened condensed milk

6 egg yolks

1/2-cup Kermit’s Key Lime Juice

1. Blend milk and egg yolks at slow speed until smooth.

2. Add Key Lime juice and finish blending. Pour into piecrust.

3. Bake in preheated 300-degree oven for 15 minutes.

4. Cool pie 20 minutes before refrigerating.

5. Serve chilled Key Lime pie with whipped cream topping.

This recipe makes a 9-inch pie.
