This is a slightly more sophisticated spin on your traditional piña colada, and it gets its name from the fluffy texture of the blended ice. You can dress this exciting beverage cocktail recipe by garnishing it with a pineapple wedge and a classic maraschino cherry.
2 ounces white rum
1⁄2 ounce low-fat milk (2%)
1⁄2 ounce sugar-free coconut syrup
1⁄2 ounce pineapple juice
1⁄2 cup ice for blending
1. Add all ingredients including ice to a blender.
2. Mix on high speed for a minute, pour into a glass, garnish, and serve.
