A smoothie recipe to kick off a glorious day! Orange juice just seems to add sunshine to any occasion or situation. This orange smoothie is feather light and extremely delicious.
1 cup cold orange juice
1 cup cold water
2 tsp. CRYSTAL LIGHT Drink Mix, any flavor*
1 pt. (2 cups) frozen vanilla yogurt, softened
1 cup ice cubes
1. Blend all ingredients in blender on high speed until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
*NOTE: CRYSTAL LIGHT Packets come in two sizes. Please note packet size before preparing recipe.
3. Place remaining drink mix in glass or plastic pitcher.
4. Add 1-1/4 qt. (5 cups) cold water; stir until mix is dissolved.
5. Refrigerate until chilled or serve over ice cubes.
Makes 1 qt. or 4 servings, 1 cup each.
