Has the winter chill gotten you down? No need to fret because this peppermint cocoa recipe will warm you from the inside out. Delicious flavors and distinct colors make this cocoa recipe a must have during the winter months. 52 calories is all you have to worry about. Create a mug and curl up with a book by the fireplace. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 peppermint tea bag
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Liquid stevia (or other low calorie sweetener)
1. Pour almond milk in a mug and microwave on high for 1 minutes.
2. Drop in tea bag and allow to steep for 2 minutes.
3. Remove bag. Stir in cocoa and vanilla.
4. Add a few drops of liquid stevia or other sweetener to taste.
Makes 1 serving.
