Green Tea Smoothie

This Green Tea recipe is outstandingly healthy and contains many well known health benefits. Green Tea is well known for the ability to burn fat, improve exercise stamina, sooth stress and boost brain power!

 

1 1/2 teaspoon powdered green tea

 

1 1/2 cups low fat yogurt

 

2 medium ripe peaches, pitted and chunked (mangos, apricots or bananas may be substituted)

 

1-3 teaspoons honey

 

6 ice cubes

 

 

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until completely blended.

 

2. Serve immediately in a tall, chilled glass.
