Lake Placid White Chocolate Espresso

Makes 4 Servings

3 cups milk

6 ounces white chocolate baking squares (with cocoa butter), chopped

1 tablespoon instant espresso coffee powder

1 teaspoon vanilla

1. In a medium saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until steamy, stirring frequently.

2. In a blender, combine white chocolate, coffee powder, and vanilla. With blender running on medium speed, gradually add hot milk through hole in lid, blending until smooth and foamy.

3. Serve immediately. Makes 4 (7 oz.) servings.
