This global cocktail is said to get its name from old Italian men who, after indulging in a few, wobble home on their bikes. It is an ideal aperitif, neither too strong, too weak, nor too sweet. A great summer cocktail!

Ice cubes

2 ounces Campari

1 1/2 ounces dry white wine

1/2 ounce club soda

Lemon slice, optional

1. Fill wine glass with ice.

2. Add Campari, wine, and soda.

3. Stir to mix.

4. Garnish with lemon slice, if desired.
