Valentine’s Day Smoothie-The Velvet Orchid

Eating chocolate makes people happy so why not make this exquisite Valentine’s Day Smoothie for your significant other? Happiness overflows with wonderful ingredients such as banana, mango and semisweet chocolate. A smoothie recipe your heart will never forget! Have a Happy Valentine’s Day!

 

2 cups chocolate low-fat milk-dairy or non-dairy (soy, rice, nut,coconut or grain)

 

1/2 banana, in chunks

 

1 12 ounce package of soft silken tofu

 

1 cup frozen mango slices

 

2 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted

 

 

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix on high for two minutes.

 

2. Pour contents into tall glasses and serve.

 

Makes 4 cups.
