1 1/2 ounces Bourbon

1/2 ounce frsh lemon juice

Splash of simple syrup

2 dashes orange bitters

Lemon twist for garnish

1. Combine all the liquid ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

2. Shake until cold, and then strain ino a chilled cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with the lemon twist.
