Ernest Hemingway had a great love affair with the island of Cuba. This coctail is still quite popular on the island even today!
2 ounces light rum
1 teaspoon grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon maraschino liquer
juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 cup crushed ice
1. In a blender or food processor, mix all the ingredients for 30 seconds.
2. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
Makes 1 drink.
