1 sugar cube
5 to 6 mint leaves, plus 1 more for garaish
2 ounces bourbon
Crushed ice
Makes 1 Drink
1. In a collins glass, muddle together the sugar, mint and bourbon until the mint begings to release its aroma and the sugar dissolves.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir with a bar spoon from the bottom up the mix.
3. Fill wtih a bit more crushed ice and push the extra mint leaves into the ice so that they peek out of the glass liike a small bouquet.
