This coffee recipe is a well known Irish and world favorite. Simple. Elegant. Mix your chioce of coffee with a good brand of Irish whiskey and enjoy a gift from heaven!

1 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons Irish whiskey

2/3 cup coffee

1/4 heavy cream, lightly whipped

1. Place the sugar and whiskey in glass.

2. Add the coffee and stir.

3. Top with lightly whipped cream.

Make sure you serve this spectacular concoction while sitting before a roaring fire with the person you love.
