This cocktail evokes long, lazy evening summer breezes and hot, sand filled days at the beach!  

2 ounces pineapple juice

2 ounces gin

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 cup crushed ice

1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously 10 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Makes 1 drink
