Breakfast Meats - Such As Ham And Sausage

Eggs (one For Each Biscuit)

1. Make biscuit dough

2. Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead lightly. Pat out dough until it is about 1 inch thick. Cut into large, round circles. Use a biscuit cutter or a large glass.

3. Bake biscuits at 450 degrees F for 12 minutes or until done. Fry your breakfast meat (bacon, ham, sausage) meanwhile in a skillet over medium heat until done.

4. Set the meat aside on paper towel. Drain. Lower the heat to medium-low. Place a canning jar ring in the meat skillet. Break one egg into the ring and cook until it's as done as you like it - 3 to 4 minutes for most people. If you like, you can scramble the egg first.

5.  Slice biscuit. Insert meat, egg and, if you like, cheese.
