Chocolate Banana Smoothie

This smoothie beverage recipe is quite delicious and hits the spot. Smoothies are filling and extremely helpful in weight loss regimens because they keep you feeling filled up so you don't stray on to other more harmful foods.

 

6 ounces chocolate cherry non-fat yogurt

 

1/4 cup skim milk

 

1 banana

 

3 large ice cubes

 

 

1. Put all ingredients into blender.

 

2. Blend well, adding more ice or milk if necessary, until smoothie is a smooth and fine texture.
