1. Debone chicken thighs and season them with thyme, parsley, lemon and herb mix and garlic salt and they are good to go.
2. Next I seasoned the foil and wrapped the chicken in some streaky bacon.
3. I poached the chicken for about 30 minutes
4. Afterwards i chilled them in the fridge for another 30 minutes before i added some color to the bacon and got it nice and crispy. And now they are ready to eat! Yummy goodness all around. (Not pictured - Fresh baked French rolls and steamed veggies)
