Penne With Chicken and Rosemary

1/2 pound Penne Pasta, cooked according to package directions

2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, chopped

3 tablespoon olive oil

4 tablespoons fresh Rosemary, chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

3/4 cup shredded Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

1. Begin cooking pasta.

2. In a large skillet combine chicken, olive oil, rosemary and garlic.

3. Cook on medium-high heat for 5 or 6 minutes.

4. When pasta is done, remove 1/4 cup cooking water and add to chicken; add pasta, cheese, salt and pepper.

5. Toss quickly to mix. Remove andĀ serve.

Makes 4 servings. Ā
