Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 c pumpkin (Pure)

3/4 c sugar

1/2 c oil

1 egg

2 c flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp milk

1 c chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla 

1. Dissolve baking soda in milk, set aside.

2. In large bowl add pumpkin, sugar, oil, and egg; stir.

3. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda mixture. Mix well.

4. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla.

5. Serve on top of cookie sheet.

6. Bake at 375 degrees until well done.
