Apple and Blueberry Granola

This granola recipe is power packed with fruits and apple juice to form an outstanding snack alternative. Incredibly healthy and extremely easy to make. Make a batch for the busy work week and always be eating healthy!

 

1/4 cup low fat granola

 

1/3 cup apple juice

 

1 apple, cored

 

1/2 cup blueberries or blackberries

 

3 tablespoons low fat plain yogurt

 

 

1. Place the granola in a bowl and pour over the apple juice, then cover and put in the refrigerator to chill overnight.

 

2. Coarsely grate the apple and add to the granola.

 

3. Stir in the berries and low fat yogurt and serve.

 

Makes 1 servings.
