When the summer heat kicks in, this summer salad recipe is always on the menu!
4 cups cooked macaroni noodles
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 large bottle Italian salad dressing
4 teaspoons dill weed
4 teaspoons parsley
1 cup sour cream
2 cups mayonnaise
8 hard boiled eggs, chopped (I usually throw out most of the yolks and use the chopped whites only)
chopped green onions to taste
1. Cover the drained macaroni noodles with the vinegar and Italian dressing. Marinate overnight.
2. Add all other ingredients except the eggs. Add eggs when ready to serve.
2. Add small bay shrimp for a wonderful flavor. Add shrimp at time of serving.
