A sensational lime recipe that proves good things can come in small, flavorful packages. This healthy alternative is great as a light snack or as an after workout treat!
2 1/2 tablespoons plain yogurt (less than 2% fat)
2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar
grated zest and juice of 1/4 lime
1 meringue nest 1/4 cup raspberries
1. Mix the yogurt, confectioners' sugar, and lime zest and juice together.
2. Place a meringue nest on a plate and pour in the yogurt mixture.
3. Sprinkle with raspberries and serve.
Makes 1 serving.
