Tomato Spread with Panne Bello Bread (Organic Food Recipes)‏

This incredible tomato and bread spread is totally healthy and extremely economical. You can make a fresh batch for your evening meal or save some of the tomato spread for you next day brunch! Either way, you are a winner when it comes to health and taste.

 

3 medium tomatoes, quartered

 

1 yellow onion, coarsely chopped

 

1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped

 

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

 

1-6 ounce can of 365 Organic Everyday Value Tomato Paste

 

1/2 teaspoon 365 Everyday Value Course Sea Salt

 

 

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.

 

2. Pulse to paste-like consistency, being sure not to over process or liquefy.

 

3. Serve over fresh Panne Bello bread or any other bread of your choosing.

 

Makes 6 servings.
