Super Bowl Crispy Skinned Baked Potatoes

Did you know that Las Vegas will take bets on what color liquid will be dumped on the winning coach at the Super Bowl? Clear, red, yellow, blue, orange, or lime green are your choices.  Wow! Simple, right? How about a great Super Bowl recipe? This recipe cannot  be any easier. Crispy skinned baked potatoes must be the centerpiece of any Super Bowl party. Light and nutritious are the watchwords of this tremendous potato recipe. Enjoy your guests and the game without spending all day in the kitchen. Cheer on your team and be sure to use this recipe all year round. 

 

Butter flavored cooking spray


Kosher salt


6-8 Baking Potatoes

 

 

1. Preheat oven to 400*F.

 

2. Clean potatoes as normal, poke with fork, lay potatoes on cooking sheet, spray the butter cooking spray all over potatoes.

 

3.Sprinkle kosher salt on top. Bake for about an hour and half or so, depending on the size of the potatoes.


Makes 6 Servings
