This garden veggie pizza gives you the best of both worlds: a healthy meal alternative packed with great ingredients. The colors alone on this pizza are worth all your efforts. You can also mix and match on the vegetable portion of the recipe.
Nonstick cooking spray
2 3/4 cups fresh vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion and spinach leaves), sliced
4 pita flatbread rounds
1/3 cup prepared marinara sauce
1 cup garden blend shredded cheese, seasoned according to package directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat vegetables in nonstick cooking spray; reserve.
2. Spread marinara sauce over flatbread rounds. Top equally with 1/2 cup seasoned cheese and reserved vegetables.
3. Top with remaining seasoned cheese. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
