Maine Lobster Stew

Makes 4 Servings

2 cups milk

1 pound boiled, diced lobster meat

1 1/2 tablespoons butter

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1. Heat the milk to the boiling point and add lobster meat.

2. Heat thoroughly. Add butter and salt. Serves 4.
