Cranberry Cooler (Christmas Dinner Recipes)

A great non-alcoholic beverage and cocktail recipe that will light up any holiday gathering. Delia Smith is Great Britain’s best-selling cookbook author with more than 21 million copies sold. This cranberry cooler is ultra cool and absolutely bursts with color and flavor. Merry Christmas!

500ml (18fl oz) chilled cranberry juice

500ml (18fl oz) chilled red grape juice

500ml (18fl oz) chilled ginger ale

1 large lime, cut into 6 wedges

1. All you need to do is pour the juices and ginger ale into a jug and give them a gentle stir.

2. Pour into glasses with lots of ice, squeeze half the juice from each lime wedge into each glass and drop the lime into the glass as you do.

Makes 6 servings.
