Mrs. Joe W. from Melville, NY. loves to make these cookies every 24L-CATS3 year with her 4 children. They are colorful and certainly easy to whip together. All the neighborhood children ask for these cookies at the door.

Serves: 18 hungry goblins!

1 tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

54 pieces candy corn

1 can chocolate frosting

Red shoestring licorice; cut into 1-3/8-inch pieces

9 thin chocolate wafers; quartered

1. Bake cookies as directed on package. Allow cookies to cool on wire racks.

2. Cut off yellow tips from 18 pieces of candy corn.

3. Use chocolate frosting to frost the cookies.

4. Decorate cookies with two whole candy corns for eyes.

5. A yellow candy corn tip for the nose and six licorice pieces for whiskers.
