Turkey chili on Thanksgiving Day? You better believe it! This chili is kicked up and bursting with chili beans, chili powder and the intense flavor of tomatoes. 298 calories is all she wrote. Enjoy something different and be sure to have a Happy Thanksgiving!
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 pound lean ground turkey
28 ounces chopped stewed tomatoes, undrained
15 ounces spicy chili beans
1 tablespoon chili powder
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Crumble and cook turkey until no longer pink, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Immediately reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
