Traditional Irish potato recipe that combines the hearty potato with the intensely nutritious kale. Kale is one of the healthiest vegetables on Earth. Kale is a descendent of the wild cabbage and had been a significant crop during ancient Roman times and a popular vegetable eaten by peasants in the Middle Ages.
