Samantha has a beautiful Angora cat that is her pride and joy. Every week, Samantha makes a batch of this liver. Her cat "bubbles" absolutely loves and evens waits for this liver right by the stove.
Sautéed Liver
1 teaspoon corn oil
1/4 pound beef liver
1/2 cup water
1. Heat 1 teaspoon corn oil in a pan.
2. Add 1/4 pound beef liver and fry on both sides until cooked but not dry inside.
3. Add 1/2 cup water to the pan and mix it up with all the brown bits.
4. For cats, grind the liver in a blender, using the pan juices.
