Mango Mimosa (Caribbean Cocktail Recipes)

A mango mimosa for two, please! When the friends and family have finally left, mix a batch for you and your significant other and enjoy some down time together. Easy, simple, and unbelievably sensual. Enjoy!

 

8 ounces thawed frozen mango purée or 1 cup puréed fresh mango pulp (from about 1 mango)


1 bottle chilled champagne or other dry sparkling wine

 

 

1. Strain mango purée or puréed mango pulp through fine-mesh sieve to remove fibers.
 
2. When ready to serve, gently pour champagne or other dry sparkling wine into large bowl.
 
3.  Mix in mango purée until just combined. Be sure not to beat or whisk mixture.
 
4. Ladle into cups and serve immediately.
 
Makes 4 to 6 drinks.
