This cake recipe is named after the world famous ballerina, Anna Pavlova, as an honor
to her inspiring craft. Legend says the recipe was created by a chef in Perth, Australia in 1935. This is an airy, delicate and crisp meringue shell filled with whip cream and fresh fruit.
3 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups fresh fruit
1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper for foil and draw a 9-inch circle as a guide (trace around a cake pan).
2. With an electric mixer, beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until soft peaks form.
3. While beating, gradually add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating well after each addition until whites are stiff and glossy.
4. Spoon meringue inside the circle on the cookie sheet, shaping into a nest with the outside edge higher than the inside.
5. Bake for about 1 hour, or until lightly golden and crisp. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes and then carefully loosen from the parchment, peeling it away, and transfer to serving plate.
6. With an electric mixer, beat cream until stiff peaks form.
7. Spoon into a meringue shell and top with fresh fruit.

The story received lots of swell and it is such a huge problem. Apparently in American culture making a 1 percent tip can be more painful than not paying for the supper whatsoever. Don't you believe that individuals Us citizens are far too used to the method of tipping? I was around australia this particular past year and aussies tend not to tip normally
because they feel that the regional personnel already get the pay out they should have. I do think the idea of tipping is absolutely silly and that is just how for the business employers to lower your wages and not pay the employees just as much wishing that the gap might be covered by the customer. So it's the actual buyer that should cover every little thing. Don't you think that is a tiny bit dumb? I convinced that tipping is fair when you obtain the quality of service you didn't count on. It truly is totally incorrect to tip when the services are just typical. I will be studying this specific matter for my school assignment task and will also be crafting a report for university. I was thinking to use a company on-line.
