Jose Luis of Boise, MT. submitted this recipe after experiencing Spanish Hot Chocolate this delicacy while travelling through Spain. The blending of flavors and the simplicity of this recipe are beyond compare. Very easy to make at home. Salut!

Makes 1-3 Servings (Depending On Mug Size)

4 1/2 cups whole milk

10 1/2 ozs. bittersweet chocolate (preferably 70% cocoa) broken into small pieces

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
