lamb chops
minced garlic
fresh chopped rosemary

salt and pepper
1. When I make lamb chops I like to marinate them for a few hours first so the meat gets real tender and the marinade really gets into the meat so the first thing that I do is I coat the lamb with salt and pepper to taste on both sides
2. now I drizzle the lamb on both sides with oil then I sprinkle the chopped fresh rosemary on both sides of the lamb
3. and then I add chopped fresh garlic to both sides of the lamb then I take the lamb and I cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for at least four hours
4. then when I am ready to cook I preheat my oven to the broil temperature and I line my lamb in a baking dish and put the lamb in the oven till brown and bubbly and then turn over and cook the other side and when brown and bubbly I take out of the oven and serve
