1 1/4 package (10 squares) Bakers Semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/2 cup whipping cream
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
Cool Whip
Powdered sugar
9 inch pie plate
Wire whisk
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Place chocolate in double boiler and melt until smooth. Gently add in the whipping cream and stir until thoroughly combined. Cool the mixture slightly.
2. Add to the chocolate mixture the eggs, and lightly beat with a wire whisk until well blended.
3. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 9 inch pie plate.
4. Bake pie for 35 minutes, or until half of the pie is puffed up, but the center is slightly soft. Cool completely.
5. Dust the pie with powdered sugar and serve with a dollop of cool whip (chocolate cool whip would be delicious as well). Enjoy!
