Basic Boneless Ham

This ham recipe is a great choice for any special occasion, especially a major holiday such as Christmas or Easter. Extremely simple to prepare but fully loaded with distinct flavors and delicious smells. A boneless ham will take you back to your holiday memories from long ago. Serve with your favorite potato recipe and make sure to have a basket of biscuits on hand as well. Enjoy this time-saving, juicy and hassle-free main course anytime of the year!

5-6 pounds fully-cooked boneless ham

1. Place ham in shallow pan.

2. Heat in a 350*F oven, uncovered, for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until an inserted meat thermometer reads 140*F (about 15-18 minutes per pound.)

Makes 12 servings.

If desired, glaze your ham with a mixture of 1/2 cup honey and one 6-ounce can thawed orange juice concentrate during the last 15 minutes of reheating.
