A simple salad for anytime of the year. Healthy, easy, and full of tasty ingredients. Add your favorite dressing or top with crunchy croutons.
2 plum tomatoes
2 (2-ounce) oven-roasted turkey breast slices
2 (2-ounce) smoked tavern ham slices
4 cups bag American salad blend (2/3 bag)
3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1. Slice turkey and ham into long strips. Cut tomatoes into wedges; set aside.
2. Place salad blend in large bowl, add salad dressing, and toss to coat.
3. Place mixture on 2 serving plates. Arrange tomatoes and meat around outer edge of salad, pointing towards the center.
Top with blue cheese and olives. Serve.
