This rich yet simple to make sandwich recipe will delight the senses and satisfy all of your hungry guests. Add some adult beverages and party late into the night!

8 eggs

1/3 cup milk

20 thin slices white bread

20 sandwich-sliced pickles

10 pieces thinly sliced ham

10 pieces thinly sliced Swiss cheese

5-6 tablespoons unsalted butter

3-4 teaspoons olive oil

1. In large bowl, whisk together the eggs and the milk. Set aside.

2. Use 2 slices of pickle and 1 slice each of ham and cheese per sandwich to make 10 sandwiches.

3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1/2 tablespoon butter and a teaspoon of olive oil.

4. Dip the sandwiches one at a time into the egg mixture and fry until golden brown on both sides.

5. Add more butter and oil as needed.

Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles and serve.
