Apricot Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

Add this glaze to your favorite grilled chops or to a roasted tenderloin.

 

1/3 cup apricot all-fruit preserves


1/4 cup soy sauce


2 tablespoons peeled and minced fresh ginger


2 teaspoons minced garlic


2 teaspoons honey


2 teaspoons dark sesame oil


1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted


3 drops liquid smoke flavoring
 

 

1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; whisk thoroughly.

 

2. Refrigerate for at least one hour before using.


3. Makes 3/4 cup sauce.
