enjoys making this before she goes for a jog on the beach in the morning. A great, easy, healthy snack that fills you up!
Cinnamon Apple Sauce
8 medium cooking apples
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Pare, Core & quarter apples.
2.Put apples and water in a saucepan; cover.
3.Simmer 15-20 minutes or until apples are tender.
4.Remove from heat. Stir in sugar and cinnamon.
5.If a smooth applesauce is desired, press threw sieve or food mill.
6.Serve warm or cold.
