Use this tomato sauce recipe on any type of seafood or rice meal. The dill pickles add a nice bang to an already popular recipe.
1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons minced onions
1 tablespoon small capers, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup minced dill pickles, patted dry
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and tomato paste.
2. Add the onion, capers, pickles, and salt and pepper, and whisk until blended.
Makes approx. 1 1/2 cups.
