A healthy and economical fruit salad recipe guaranteed to raise a smile! Quick to make and easy to eat recipes are what we all look for, especially during the summer.
3/4 cup seedless grapes
3/4 cup orange segments
1 large apple, cut-up
1 large pear, cut-up
1. Toss all ingredients together.
Serves about 4.
Serving suggestions:
1. Serve on lettuce lined plate with scoop of low fat cottage cheese and lite dressing.
2. Serve in glass dish with scoop of sherbet on top.
3. Serve in bowl topped with yogurt.
