1 pound fresh snow peas (or 1 12-oz. pkg. frozen snow peas, thawed)
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1. Clean snow peas, trimming if necessary.
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in snow peas, garlic and ginger.
3. Sauté for 2 minutes, until peas are tender.
4. Toss with sherry.
