Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Roasted potatoes are so easy to make. This potato recipe adds the hearty flavor and aroma of Rosemary with simple salt and pepper. This economical and time saving is an outstanding side dish complimentary for any fabulous meal!

 

8 medium sized red potatoes


2 tablespoons canola oil


3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, or 2 teaspoons dried


Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

 

1. Preheat oven to 375*F.

 

2. Quarter potatoes and steam for 5 to 8 minutes, until slightly tender.

 

3. Put potatoes in a mixing bowl and coat with oil.

 

4. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Place evenly on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

 

Makes 6-8 servings,
