This simple fudge recipe uses pecans to hold everything together.  

3/4 cup evaporated milk

4 Tablespoons oleo

3 Tablespoons cocoa

3/4 cup water

1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and water.

2. Cook over medium heat to soft ball stage.

3. Remove from heat. 

4. Add oleo and vanilla.

5. Beat until creamy.

6. Add pecans.

7. Pour onto buttered plate.

Cool.
