Four Bean Turkey ChiliFour Bean Turkey Chili

1 Pound of Ground Turkey

1 medium sized onion

1 14.5oz can of Kidney Beans

1 14.5oz can of Black Beans

1 14.5 can of of Great Northern Beans

1 14.5oz can of corn

1 28oz can of Diced Tomatoes

3 8oz cans of Tomatoes sauce

5 tbl spoons Chili Powder

3 tbl spoons Black Pepper

2 tbl spoons Crushed Red Pepper

1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. In a large pot under low flame add diced tomatoes and half cup of water. Dice onions to desired size. Add half of diced onions to simmering tomatoes. Add 2 tbl spoons of chili powder and 1 tbl spoon of black pepper, let boil.

2. In a pan add ground turkey and onions, season with 2 tbl spoons of chili powder and 1 tbl spoon crushed pepper. Allow to cook fully through. In pot, once boiling, add the cans of beans and corn, stirring occasionally. Add 1 tbl spoon crushed red peppers and 1 tbl spoon black pepper

3. When meat is cooked thoroughly, add contents to the pot with the tomatoes and beans. While stirring, add the remainder of spices and tomato sauce. Allow to steep for 10 minutes or longer to allow the seasoning to cook evenly through, stirring occasionally.
