I was speaking to an older woman once at a dinner function in Miami who had some incredible looking hair. It had full body, a rich thickness and it seemed to almost shine when it reflected light. Being naturally curious and maybe even a bit nosy, I asked that nice lady how she managed to get her hair to look the way it did. This question did not shock her in the least. It seemed as if she had answered this questions many times before. She leaned close and secretly gave me a hushed one word answer: Avocados!
Avocados and Miami go quite well together. They are sold on the side of the road, in driveways, and on streets throughout South Florida. My in-laws grow them right in their backyard. They are big. They are green and they feel nasty to the tough. Yet they are one of the most healthiest fruits on the planet. I can list all the health benefits of an Avocado but that may bore you at this time. Needless to say, Avocados contain Vitamin E, which is great for healthy hair. It may improve your hair condition and will help increase its feel and appearance. That nice older lady knew that secret and must have used it often. Her hair looked great! I have enclosed an Avocado hair recipe for your pleasure. I hope you use it and benefit from it.

2. Generously run into your hair.
3. Cover your hair in wither glad wrap or wear a shower cap and leave for 20-30minutes and then wash thoroughly.
